Urgent care centers provide an alternative to expensive hospital emergency rooms and an option when your family physician is unavailable.
Urgent Care centers function as overflow valves for the public, when appointments to a primary care physician's office are not available or after regular office hours when patients needing immediate attention would otherwise be diverted to a hospital emergency room.

We provide all follow-up treatment. We work with patients' family physicians by providing medical records. If a patient does not have a personal physician we will provide a referral or an opportunity to join Dr. David J Shingles' family practice.
Prompt attention is given upon arrival. Most patients are seen in less than one hour, which is often faster than an overcrowded emergency room. Physical exams and drug screens are “fast tracked” upon arrival.
